I am new to "community" and hope there are better answer than on Samsung Support / FAQ Page.. 

Question is simple:

Where can I register my new Portable SSD T7 ? 

it would be common sense to have it in https://account.samsung.com/  where I have the Mobile Phone, but there is no menue to add new devices.

or you can go to https://www.samsung.com/
and click ≡ on the top right and then scroll down and click the "Product Registration."
