S Pen

My Note 10+ is telling me my pen is disconnected. It will not reconnect. If I run diagnostics it's all fine-but it's not working normally. Any help or advice appreciated.

Hi Keefrocks, have you tried resetting the S Pen? 

May customer try to reset the S Pen?

From Settings, tap Advanced features, and then tap S Pen. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Reset S Pen.

Hi Ruby thanks for the reply. It won't allow me to reset because it is disconnected. Tried to connect several times but no luck.
