SAMSUNG FIX THIS! EVER SINCE I UPDATED TO ONE UI 6.1 ERRORS STARTED HAPPENING. NOW THIS HAPPENED, I CAN'T PAY USING MY GOOGLE PLAY STORE NOW. BEFORE I UPDATED TO ONE UI 6.1 THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!

part of warranty coverage is both software/hardware best have the device checked by samsung service center,and hear them out as welk

Before ranting out and put blame to Samsung 🤣. Have you tried to check the following:
*Attached photo (playstore config)
*Are you using a VPN?
*Try using your data and not WiFi when purchasing.
