Does anyone know how to follow up a freebie redemption from samsung? 
My request has been approved based on the redemption site and it has been month already. Still the status of my freebie is pending shipping. Im not sure how or where to follow up. I had freebies in the past and it did not take 1 month for them to ship out.

Hi, Galaxy Watch 5 44mm? If so, yes. Almost 2 months of waiting, and been sending follow ups through email. The only reply I get is if I want to upgrade my free to a watch 40mm and a battery pack, which is I'm not interested.
