Done that too.. I received a Globe text msg with another Account#, wc I passed on to our Samsung Customer Service Center. They are getting tired of me now, said it's SOP automated answering reply or ROBOT, then I received another message from CEO still "blahblahblah". That was 2 weeks ago. Still left hanging. Sa Bisaya pa-- GILANGAW.
