Samsung Pre-order - Consegnia

Pre-ordered Flip 5 from Samsung store last July 27 and have yet to receive the phone.

Tried reaching out to CS through chat and phone but the canned response is "we will coordinate with E-store team and they will contact the courier" only to wait for nothing. 

You see, it's not a cheap phone to purchase. Read about same horrible experience with Consegnia but Samsung seems not bothered to fix. 

Pre order deals are sweet but does it come with disappointment and frustration with the service?

Can someone help me?

Your customers are helpless with the lack of support. Really good phones and deals but you will lose customers with poor service.

I feel your frustration Ms. JaneDc. I lost hope already that this will be delivered today. It's 4pm and no change in tracking status and no calls from courier. So looks like another "Courier Out of Time" alibi.

I hope and wish your order will be delivered to you soon.

yeah 🥺 i hope yours will be delivered asap too, we deserve better service than this..sigh
