Bought this last July 11 and wala pang 1 month possible display issue agad as per Samsung Service Center in SM North. Hindi gumagana ang touch screen while using S-Pen. Is is still possible to request for a replacement? Ayoko kasi ng repair baka hindi na factory sealed. Personal phone ko rin kasi to and masyadong matagal yung 3-5 working days. First time lng bumili ng brand new nagkaissue pa. 🥲

Oo. Authentic naman yong ipapalit nila. Nakapagpalit kami ng screen dati at okay. Ganon din yong sa iba.
