hello. can anyone please help me fix this issue? already tried clearing cache & data of the app, done also with uninstall/reinstall method but nothing works.

There is only one solution for this issue: a factory reset. I have also experienced this problem before and did what you did to try and fix it, but to no avail. I even downgraded to a lower version of the app, but the problem persisted. Trying a different CSC also did not work.

Hello, keshav1987! You may want to look in the lock features as your device in UAE. Some features might not be available due to country compatibility. Also, you may want to look into some other reasons for this error such as permissions.

Make sure that Samsung Wallet has all the necessary permissions enabled. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Permissions, and ensure that permissions like "Storage," "Phone," and "Contacts" are granted.

thanks. this was my last resort. i didn't want to do this actually 'cause I have to set up everything again from the very start but i was forced to do so because of how convenient this app is for me.

somehow it remedied the issue but came back again after awhile. thank you anyways
