Why doesn't Samsung has an option to rollback OS updates? Why? And how can I do that. Can I do that to a service/repair centre? Idc if warranty will be voided because it's way past overdue. I just want to revert it back to Android 10 and see if my green lines will disappear.

You can't rollback OS updates due to updates to the security policy. The green lines won't disappear even if you revert it back to Android 10 because it's already a hardware issue. You'll have to replace the screen in a Samsung Service Center.

Hello stopthis,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in order to find out about the option to rollback OS updates on your beloved Samsung Galaxy phone. Our dear Samsung members are right, due to security policy we are not allowed to perform rollback OS updates and at the same time, the green lines appearing on the screen must be assess first by an Samsung authorized service center engineers and technicians to find out the root cause of the issue.

We highly recommend bringing your device to the nearest Samsung authorized service center in your area.

Thank you. This was the time when Samsung admitted it was because of your update last 2022. In our country, when we tried free replacement, they asked for a fee. I paid for it to be replaced instead and it came back. So it'll happen again and again and again. The green lines. Its been assessed and brought to a service centre. I feel like I really need an elaborate understanding about that security policy.
