I bought my new tab A9+ a month or two ago and I have noticed when playing some games that when I am using it in landscape mode with both thumbs operating in the lower left and right corners to operate controls, characters, etc, some times my characters' movement suddenly stops or the control button pressed doesn't respond. If I lift off my thumbs for a second and continue it all works normally again, for a short while, then the problem resurfaces and repeats itself. Has anyone else had the same problem? I've sent several requests to Support but had no response at all.
Can't say that I can. The issue I have seemed to resolve itself after an update, but it still resurfaces on odd occasions briefly. I never got a response from Support.
