Yes you will, that happens to me when I have S23U, I bought it in South Korea and I regularly received security updates and One UI6.0 here in PH. Updates is by location, so since you are in PH, you will received update by April 7, if your unit is S24 series, Fold6 or Flip6.

Is a53 Will released in may on philippines?

No definite date yet, samsung has to finished flagship phone first followed by mid-range where your A53 is included after A55 and A54.
