One of the main causes of a glitching Galaxy phone is third-party apps. Turning Safe Mode on can help you stop this and identify which app is causing the malfunction.

Follow these steps to switch to Safe Mode:

1. Go to Settings and click on Software Update.
2. Tap on Download and install.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and you’re good to go!
