Unacceptable, Samsung! After nearly 3 weeks of waiting, the courier demanded an additional 17k due to minimal scratches. Despite participating in Samsung's trade-in program before, this time, upgrading to the S24 Ultra, they insisted on the extra payment, despite confirming no issues at the Samsung Galaxy kiosk in BGC. Now, on delivery day, they refuse to release my pre-ordered unit without the extra payment. Customer service claims it's final, offering only a refund. As a loyal Samsung customer, this experience is disappointing and unnecessarily burdensome.

Too bad to hear that. If they already accepted it should be final. If they found out later issues that is their fault. Who knows if that issue happens at their end after acceptance. Sorry to know your story.😒
