Volume goes down suddenly

Did anyone faces this issue where the volume goes down suddenly and randomly.

So i play my music through youtube music app and suddenly my audio sound become lower, i check the audio bar and yes the audio bar become lower.

It happen also when i playing the games, audio bar = 40-50%, then it drop become just 20% audio

not sure if this is related to february security patch but i hope it will be fix in future
