So I've been having issues with my volume rocker (Galaxy Note 9), wherein it controls in-call volume instead of media volume. I have enabled the toggle for use volume keys for media, I have restarted my phone multiple times, and even installed the Sound Assistant app, but the issue is still there. Any fixes?
i have the same phone as you and recently i have also encountered the same problem. For me, restarting the phone fixes it temporarily, but the issue will come back if i connect the phone to earbuds using bluetooth/wired or opening any app like spotify (for this one, the issue occur inconsistently). I have uninstalled most of my apps that I think is causing the issue, but the issue still persist. If you find any alternative fix, i would be grateful. Thank you.
