Bumili ako washing machine January 11 after 40 days hindi n magamit. Dumating technician hindi n daw pwede repair kailangan palitan mother board. Dapat replacement. Sabi Samsung support hindi daw pwede . Therefore bumili ako ng washing machine worth 16k good for 40 days. Wala daw sila magagawa. Sana tulungan  ako ng community salamat

Curious lang, bakit sabi ng Samsung support na hindi pwede? Usually may 1 year warranty mga appliances kahit hindi Samsung.
