Following are basic steps to troubleshoot your device in order to trace who gives out the problems.

1) Ensure that your device is updated with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install if available > Follow on screen notifications/messages.

2) Close, re-open the apps, and then perform device reboot.

3) Please check and rectify the device memory, storage space, share file link to Samsung Cloud if any.

4) If its taking time to upload, check with the customer service of Internet Service Provider the  status of signal in your coverage area.
