So hello I m writing this first time being disappointed to samsung and it partnered courrier CONSEGNIA!! I dont use profanity but BS!!!! I have been waiting for more than 5 days already for my A54 5G to be delivered in the store where I'll be picking up this device so here is the screenshot what happen. Up until now NO UPDATES NO RESPONSE FROM THE STORE AND NO RESPONSE FROM CONSEGNIA. 

Called SAMSUNG ,BS still no update, no update!!! Did not know worst experience to order it through the website itself. Sana pala mismong store na lang ako bumili. Someone can provide advice po regarding about this?

I have the same experienced with Consegnia.

Kamalas-malasan at sa Consegnia na-assigned 2nd order ko kay Samsung. Yung 1st order ko for my nephew dumating as fast 2 days after placing the order. Itong Consegnia for my 2nd order, halos 1 week ako nag-antay. Yung customer support ng Consegnia puro sugarcoating keso priority na raw ang delivery ko.

I gave feedback sa Samsung about my Consegnia experience pero we do not know baka wala namang effect ang mga customer's feedback nila sa mga third-party couriers nila. Okay na sana ang ordering process pero bulok ang third-party courier.

You may submit a complaint to DICT PEMEDES inquiry.pemedes@dict.gov.ph, this is the government regulatory body for all couriers. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much. Grabe this is my first time having this kindof inconvenience pagdating sa couriers. Ill definitely save that email if hindi ako nakareceieve ng update or status na okay na for pick up ang item ko. Dapat pala mismong store na lang ako bumili ㅠㅠ
