I can't be the only one that is staggered by this, I've never seen this kind of delay and lack of transparency when purchasing online.
I've been waiting over 24 hours (I know some have had to wait longer) for my order to change from 'Waiting for Approval' status. After checking my local store had it in stock I ordered my tablet on the website and am of course yet to receive any updates other than the original confirmation. Had I known that this was a step I should be expecting I absolutely would have reconsidered the purchase.
Have been a customer with Samsung for over 12 years and have never experienced this before!
