TabletsOptimizing your device before putting it to sleep can help reduce battery drain. To do so, go to the Settings screen, tap Battery and device care and press Optimize now. With the quick optimization feature, it improves device performance by closing apps running in the background, managing abnormal battery usage, and scanning for crashed apps and malware.
Putting unused apps to Deep Sleep may also help with the battery drain. Uninstall unnecessary apps you aren't using. Turning off connectivity functions like the WiFi, Location, and Bluetooth when not in use may also help. Finally, when you're planning on not using your device, close all the apps for the meantime. Hope this helps!
