Bought the Galaxy tablet s8 ultra and experienced the worst after-sale service with Samsung!!!

I purchased my unit (s8 ultra) last March 25 because of the ad promotion on social media that says it comes with a free keyboard and buds (promo till March 31). But I didn't get any of those, the SA said it's limited which wasn't stated on the ad and insisted that those freebies are for pre-order only (this promo ended March 3) I also submitted a redemption request to Microsoft and youtube premium and I only received the confirmation 6 days after I reached out to them. I've been in contact with different agents since March 26. I've been repeating myself several times already. The agents I've been in contact with said they'll email and call back, but didn't get any update. The product is nice but the after-sale service **bleep**!! After making the sale and spending 78k they won't care anymore!!!

That's unfortunate. Anong nangyayari kay samsung, sibakin na dapat yung mga nakakaisip ng promo. I pre order tab S8 last feb25, my claiming date is march 21. I got the tablet pero yung free keyboard case at buds wala pa din. Worst pre order promo ngayon, nakakabwiset pa kausap mga promo, walang sagot na matino.
