Is there a way to change Download Location in Netflix app in A7 tab to SD card? Whenever I click the SD card option it just reverted back to Internal Storage. I have the 3GB/32GB variant so I don't have enough space to download all movies that I want. Anyone who can help or experiencing the same issue?

Hey Itsuki_9,

Have you checked if your device is reading your MicroSD card correctly? It might not be detecting the MicroSD card if the app keeps forcing downloads back to internal storage.

You can also try reinserting the SD card or trying a different one entirely. Your device should support up to 1TB of external storage.

One last thing you can try is clearing your Netflix app's cache and data. This will force your account to log out, but it should put the app back in a base state. Try changing the download location after resetting the app.

Do let me know what happens, Itsuki_9!

Hmm. That's weird. But you can use the SD card to store and read other files, right? Does using it as storage work for other apps?

Hello Itsuki_9,

It is known issue that it has something to do with the compatibility of One UI 5.0 , and Netflix has to provide updates to address them.

For now,  you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Others".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

Have you ever tried another SD card? Also, you can update the Netflix app and your phone system as well to fix this issue. If the SD card option still not working, I would like to recommend you store the movies on a USB drive. Tunelf software is a helpful tool to do that. I used it for a while, it does work for me.
