Can't use phone as a note toolbar in Multiwindow view

Hey Guys, hope you're doing well. I'm currently using a Galaxy A55 and a Tab S7 for my scientific works, and I'm in love with the option to use your phone as a note toolbar. However I can't use it in Multiwindow view and I think that's a big inconvenience since the Samsung Notes app in the Multiwindow view it's way less intuitive (the toolbar doesn't show the favorite pens and you have to click more buttons manually to get to that option) Does anybody know a way to use the phone as a toolbar in Multiwindow view? Maybe in more recent tablets? Thanks in advance
