Hi, I've acquire an old samsung tablet.

The one i've gotten it from was a second owner.

We both have no clue what's the samsung account password of the first owner.

Now i cant register this tablet to my samsung account because it is enter under his account.

How can i make the switch?

How can i completly reboot the tablet with all the accounts, etc.

I can't change the main account on the tablet or sign out without the password to this guy's samsung account.

I can't believe there is not a way. I mean.  When you buy a restore tablet, they do do it so there must be a way.

Thanks

You could just Factory Reset the device, SO LONG as it doesn't have Factory Reset Protection enabled (although it is possible to bypass this.. legality unclear).

A Factory Reset would wipe the device.

Hi, please perform factory reset on the Tablet by using the link given below and create a new Samsung account with your credentials.

Helenna,

They DON'T have the original owner's passwords etc, so a Factory Reset will only work, IF FRP (Factory Reset Protection) is not present on the device.

FRP is designed to exactly PREVENT people from bypassing this Security Feature by performing a Factory Reset.
