Connecting wired mouse to my Samsung galaxy tab S7 FE

Do I need an OTG adaptor to connect my wired mouse to my Tab.

I brought an USB-C adaptor, but that did not work.

I have a Cooler Master MM311 mouse but can't find user manual to work out the Blue Tooth.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
