Coupon for 50% discount on S8 covers

Hi!

Has anyone tried using their 50% discount coupon on S8 series tablet covers?

Cna be used online or in store. When used online below error keeps popping up:

"The code you entered did not affect your order.Please note, codes may only be valid forcertain items or in certain conditions"

Then there is the issue of 0 delivery and supplies for in store.

Been drawing circles with all the support channels phone, live chat and specially the mail. Still no resolution to date and promo ends Apr 30th.
