Different physical keyboard layouts for different users? How?

I have a lovely S8 Ultra and just got the lovely physical keyboard case. For my user on the tablet I changed the physical keyboard layout to Dvorak and it works fine. However, my wife's user account is then automatically Dvorack too, but she wants the regular QWERTY. 

How to set the physical keyboard layout per user? And if that's not possible, how to quickly change the layout per user without going deep into the configuration settings?

Hi, We would like to inform you that You can also easily toggle between QWERTY and Dvorak by pressing ctrl + shift.

Also You can click where it says “ENG DV” at the bottom of your screen to toggle between layouts.

Thanks, Nylah, but FYI ctrl + shift does not work for me. Maybe because I'm using the physical keyboard? There is also no "ENG DV" at the bottom of the screen. Again, maybe because of the physical keyboard... meaning there is no on screen keyboard? Any more suggestions?

It looks like ctrl + shift is used to change the language but not the layout, i.e. I cannot have English and Qwerty and English and Dvorak 😞
