Playstore should allow you too chose location on where new apps or updates should be downloaded. I have a 1tb sd card put into my samsung galaxy tab s7 fe what do you guys think?

Most apps HAVE to be installed on the internal storage to work. That's not really a Play Store issue.

That's a google problem, Samsung can't do anything about it.

But you can also use 3rd party app installers and download the apks then install

App2SD does not work for all apps, AND some are serious security risks.

No it doesn't work for every app, but it does work for a lot of apps, so it's still helpful for this posters concern.

Sure it's a security risk but it's not hard to stay protected doing it. It's actually quite easy. Just be careful is like 90%

Hi Reshawn, the ability to move and run apps from the SD cards has been removed from the Android OS. You can still store the data on the SD card, but apps will no longer run from there.
