Accéder à votre compte Samsung via Web et utilisez les codes de secours en appuyant sur "Afficher les codes de secours" qui vous permet d'afficher cinq codes à la fois et vous pouvez utiliser (une fois par code) pour vérifier votre identité lorsque vous avez un problème avec la réception de codes par SMS. Vous pouvez alors enregistrer les codes pour une utilisation ultérieure, ou générer un nouveau.
Log in to your Samsung account via web and use Backup codes by tapping "View backup codes" which allows you to view five codes at a time and you can use (once per code) to verify your identity if you have a problem with receiving codes via SMS. You can either save the codes for later use or generate new ones.

TabletsÇa ne fonctionne pas ! Je reçois bien le code par SMS, Ma tablette l'accepte dans problème mais je reviens toujours à la même page. Lorsque j'utilise les codes du web, ms tablette me donne un message de code erroné.

TabletsI am having the same problem with my Tab S2. The 2-step verification codes do not work or are labelled invalid, and the same is true for the backup codes. Consequently, I am not able to access Samsung Account features, nor Galaxy Store features. And, the Samsung Account and Samsung Cloud apps have no updates to uninstall. My Samsung A70 phone, however, has no problem like this at all. This appears to be a Tab S2 problem. This is totally frustrating. Plus, there is no option on my Samsung Account accessed through my PC to disable 2-step verification. I am blocked in every way. Even a factory reset does not solve the problem. Now what? Solutions anyone?
