Pinacheck ko last week itong tablet ko sa service center at sabi sakin observe ko daw muna at kung mag auto off o restart pa din siya balik lang daw ako at hardware na daw iyon...
Gusto ko lang malaman kung papaano yun like bubuksan pa nila mismo yung tablet... kasi if Ganon parang nanghihinayang ako kakabili lang nito.
Usually if hardware is mentioned, then yes it will be opened for repairs.
However, if your concern is if they will fix it properly (provided it is a Samsung Service Center) then you have nothing to worry about since it is under warranty.
