Good Evening, Folks! 

Gusto ko lang ishare na bakit ganun na palitan na ng Lcd, battery at charger port itong tablet pero after ilang weeks ngayon gabi habang nag hihintay ako mag full charge yung device ko bumalik na naman yung naging problema kung bakit siya na palitan ng mga parts. 🥲🥲🥲

Problema ng device ay everytime na mag charge ako wala pang 100 percent o paminsan bago siya mag 100 percent nag automatic shutdown o restart yung tablet ko. Akala ko normal lang yung ganun pero ilang weeks na ganun padin siya kaya nag consult na ako at pinayuhan ako na hindi siya normal kailangan dalhin kuna sa service center kaya sinunuod ko yung instruction sakin ng Samsung customer service.

Simula na balik siya sakin galing service center tinitignan ko talaga kung babalik yung problema naging smooth naman siya at walang naging problema nakailang charged ako okay naman. Pero ngayon bumalik sya. Nakakaloka at stresss. 🥲🥲🥲

Ano ba cause ng ganito at hindi ba ako papagalitan ng service center dahil bumalik ang problema ng device ko? Wala na ba ibang option? Sayang naman 4 months old pa lang tablet ko tapos ganito... hindi ko naman ata deserve ito Samsung. 🥺🥺🥺

Palagay ko yung motherboard may problema jan. Hindi magrerestart ang device kung port lang or lcd sira. Natapat ka sa unit na defective.

Since tapos na 1 week for replacement, kung sakop pa ng warranty yan need mo uli idala sa service center na sabihin mong hindi naman nawala yung dating sakit.

Thats so sad to hear but xempre di ka pagagalitan noh, they will check further on what could be the cause. I have Tab s9+ and tab s8, so far no prob naman on my end.

Hey ceejaycc,

If it's only been four months since purchase, your device should still be within the one-year warranty period for Samsung devices. You can bring it to a Samsung Service Center for repair and possible replacement of parts - just make sure to bring your Proof of Purchase for the service center to refer to. It would also be great if you could bring the service summary from your previous visit for faster diagnosis.
