Try this, Go to Settings > Apps Search for the Camera & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the Camera.
You could also open the Camera & Go to IT'S Settings & Reset the Camera.
Reboot & see if it's working properly now.

Please follow the steps below to reset the camera setting.
Reset the Camera app.
Open the Camera app, and then tap Settings.
Swipe to and tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset.
