Hello, I have a tablet that I can't charge micro sd is messed up? Help

I have tried all numbers in the back for the Serial and SAMSUNG says it's all wrong?? Need to know how to get it fixer or if its worth it?

Maybe post a photo of the back of the device here ⚠️⚠️⚠️ But blur part of the SN & if the tablet has an IMEI, don't post that part at all. 

Hopefully one of Samsung's Moderators will ask you to send them the complete image of the serial number by direct message.

It's also not exactly clear what your saying by:

I think they meant to say the micro USB might be messed up instead of micro SD...
