What OS do you have?

Go to About Tablet in Settings and tap on Software information to know what version of the OS do you have?

Your tablet is fairly new. It should support Samsung Health IF it had been a premium device. But unfortunately, it's a budget device. That's why it won't support some apps unless you have *better hardware.

You could also try downloading the apk for the apps you want and try installing to see if it works. Who knows, it might work.
