Hello im getting worried i did factory reset but it says Failed to load locals from the resource files, failed to compare

And i tried the smart switch but still doesnt work

Did you do the emergency software installation using a computer and smart switch?

Upon reading some threads online, it appears that flashing another ROM might solve this.

I've tried pressing the emergency software but it says i need a recovery code but idunno where to get the code

Do you have any other option aside from providing a recovery code?
I think the recover code is used if you want to recover your previous phone settings.
Perhaps you don't need it if you i just trying to have a fresh start on the device.

Well my tab is on recovery mode, I've tried resetting, wiping cache and else it still shows this

There was also install device driver and When i clicked on emergency software recovery it requires recovery code thats it..

Do you have another device that has Samsung cloud?
In Samsung cloud app, you can set up or change recovery code by going to the cloud settings and then to enhance data protection.
You might see something like "encrypt backup data" if you haven't generated the code ever in any of your Samsung devices yet.
