I am currently reading a lot of PDF and Journal articles and I think a nice feature would be a sticky note feature, Where I Can leave sticky notes of my thoughts as I review literature. Maybe even a feature much like how you see Only bookmarked pages, you can see all sticky notes made.
I also think you should be able to hide the notes if necessary.
