ONE UI 8 - Recent Apps Bar Missing!

I updated my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra to ONE UI 8 and now the recent apps bar is gone i used it alot and now its gone it frustrates me is this a bug or was it actually removed!

Could you please verify is "Recommended apps" has been toggled off through:
Recent apps key > ⋮ (More options) > Settings > Recommended apps > Toggle on.
