Hi everyone, its already pass 72 hours since I place the order on the tab s8 plus, my pre order status still show up "Waiting for approval" this make me feel so annoyed. Is there any solution to solve this?

I had to call and escalate, if it's past 48 hours plz call them. Chat is useless. They do a manual match of your billing address on the cc or whatever mode of payment and they are behind!! Better call.

Under any post you appear and say DM us. I did and nobody answers. Why a huge gaint like sumsung has such a bad customer service? Where is my order? When it is going to come. Will not ever again buy anything pre order from sumsung.
