I have recently saw the tablet promos this July, I already downloaded the samsung members app and I have a samsung account. What others things do I need to do to avail the samsung members discount in physical store?
Where did you see the promotions? If those are the exclusive member discounts, you have to download the coupon in the Benefits tab of the Samsung Members app. I'm not sure if they would honor it at the physical store but you can call/email/chat Samsung to check. I think the coupons here in Samsung Members are only for online purchases.
