TabletsGood day! I got call from same delivery boy from a shipping company about Samsung Book Cover Keyboard which is redeemable once you've pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.. I got a call from Samsung Costumer Service last March 15, 2022 stating that "Did I already received the Samsung Book Cover Keyboard" told I haven't received any including the device.. The following days on March 19, 2022 at around 3PM I received the aforementioned item knowing that I did not locked in my redemption on Samsung Rewards Portal for the Book cover including Free Youtube, Viu Premium and Microsoft 365 since I don't have the device for me to redeem. And here's the problem same delivery guy called me today having the same item and the device isn't available.. Dialled the samsung hotline for this situation for not taking the said duplicated item 'caused I can't afford such liability and I ain't that rich (LOL).. Kidding aside. Well looking forward to solve this problem. Can't wait for my Tab S8 Ultra but not like this.. 😅
