I already call galaxy hotline all they say is wait because its for redemption department concern.

Alright, just give them a little more time. When I redeemed my freebie for my N20 Ultra 5G it took them a month or more die to the lockdown. So probably yours is also on it's way. 😊

Hi,

 

I'm from the Philippines and I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 at the Samsung Experience store in Cebu. But, as of now the store is saying that the keyboard and buds is not yet available. Also, I have hard time redeeming the Microsoft 365 and YouTube premium. It always says incorrect attachment. I emailed the redem redemptionph@partner.samsung.com but, naah i think no one's present. 

 

The hassle for customers to claim their "FREE" bundle, is it worth it? Or just Samsung's gimmick? Trying to waste your time to follow up but then the end of redemption is coming near on May 4. Is it worth it? 

 

I'm disappointed with Samsung's after care services
