S Pen won't connect to Tab S6

Hi, anyone had same issue before? S PEN won't connect to the tablet anymore.. 

It will charge the pen, and I can still use the pen to use on the tablet, but under S Pen settings, it shows disconnected all the time when I put the pen back. 

I've tried:

1. Reset all settings

2. Soft reset by pressing and holding power and volume down buttons

3. Restart tablet 

4. All softwares and apps are up to date 

No luck.. 

Please help!

Hi, just to confirm did you purchase the S pen separately ?
