S6 Lite S pen stopped working

This is a recurring  issue. Touch is working. The device identifies the s-pen when hovered over. But can't  write , select or open any app using s-pen. Basically  S-pen is behaving as such it is not touched to the device even when I try to write or tap with it.

 

The problem was resolved twice after samsung service center, updates the software once I personally  visit them with binaries. Everytime I visit them, they erase all my data and update the software. But the problem keep recurring  after one or two months. I am facing the same issue again today, after exactly one month after it was resolved. Software updates from the samsung app or factory reset doesn't  help. Any permanent  solution? It seems like some software glitches from samsung.

Hi, If your tablet S6 Lite is under warranty, we request you to contact Samsung live chat support or WECARE support (932273) with the S-pen pictures and purchase receipt and help you with the options for S-pen, it seems an issue with the S-pen.
