I purchased the subject Laptop in May & received it June 17, 2024.
It was fun to experiment with & test out the new CPU & Windows 11 applications.
The battery life is long.
I bricked it a few days ago so I tried to do a System Restore from a System Image I created on a internal & external SSDs... that failed
Next, I was getting desperate, so I went for a Factory Reset using the app & data that came w/ the laptop, that Failed also.
The Factory Reset stops at 35% with an Error message flashing on the screen.
I read in a Samsung Answers site:
Note: Samsung Recovery is not available on all Galaxy Book models.
So, I suppose mine is one of them :(
