Hi everyone I'm new here, I just hoping can someone help me about the issue of my tablet,

My s9fe sometimes the screen randomly shuts off, like whenever I'm using it (watching videos, taking pictures out door, or When I lay the tablet flat on its back, the screen sometimes turns off by itself even while I’m still using it. This tablet is less than a year old, and I’ve been very careful with it — it has never even been dropped. I’m thinking it might be something in the settings, since I’m not very familiar with them. But regarding the screen timeout, it’s already set to 30 minutes. I would really appreciate any help or advice regarding this. Thank you very much.

I'm new here too i had one of those s 9 before the same issue someone told me it was a timer but i had to restart everything to make it work right

The technician also advised me to reformat my tab, but yeah, i should try even though it's kinda hard to save all of my files :<

Try restarting it! Maybe that could help

I already did that, but I talked w technician, and he advised me to reformat my tablet :<

Does your case have a magnet on it? If it does, that's what's causing your screen to randomly lock by itself.
