Samsung notes cross-platform issue ?

So, if I understand until now (2024) you can't properly sync your Samsung notes to a non Samsung device? That's pretty frustrating. I would love to use Samsung notes but what's the interest if I won't be able to access my notes when my galaxy device is out of reach? 

Not even a web version ?

There's a beta version of note sharing between samsung phones, not sure about non samsung, hopefully they'll come with something as it's quite late

It is indeed frustrating if you frequently switch between devices, especially if you rely on Samsung Notes for important information.

Your notes can sync across Samsung devices if you’re logged into your Samsung account. This includes tablets and Galaxy phones.

You can access your notes via the Samsung Notes app on another Samsung device, unfortunately this isn’t available on non-Samsung devices.
