Samsung Notes, Galaxy tab S6 Lite

The "Neat Shapes" feature isn't working on S6Lite.

Updated the app, etc. and no joy. It was working before.

How is it not working? Like...the feature not in tool bar? The feature is there, just grey out? Or....?

Also, please make sure your notes are sync to Samsung Cloud as troubleshoot this problem may ask you to perform Notes settings reset.

Please perform the below steps and get back to us with the results. Also, perform clear cache on your phone. To clear cache, go to Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the Samsung Notes. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache.
