CAN I CHANGE MY SAMSUNG NOTES TO LANDSCAPE/ HORIZONTAL? I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING PREFERABLY IN LANDSCAPE AND SEEMS LIKE I CAN'T DO IT ON MY TAB S8

I'm not sure abt tablets. But enabling autorotate works on phones. What's happening on your end?

The template should be in landscape. It doesnt concern the auto rotate tho

Perhaps the devs thought of mimicking the traditional note pad when creating the app so the feature isn't there.

I think I was wrong about how I remembered this. I can't see the option to import a pdf as a background in the phone version of the app.

You can create a pdf from your gallery though.
1. Screenshot a blank page
2. Enable gallery lab
3. Select the landscaped photo that you want to use as background
4. Create then save as pdf
