Hello everyone my Samsung tab A8 (2021) the otg feature is missing right now is anyone know how to activate it?I searched it on my settings but no result founded.i have an otg before I did not update the software but when I turn to ui 6.1 the otg suddenly vanished I'm using otg before the update.i already emailed Samsung contact support but they said that it's commonly issue........so is anybody know how to activate?I'll try it guys.just comment what method should I do.
You can try running a diagnostics test targeting your USB port via the Samsung Members app (Support > Phone diagnostics). This will allow you to see if there are any detectable issues you may need to address.
Alternatively, you can bring your device to a Samsung Service Center for diagnosis or repair, should you need it. When you do visit a Service Center, please remember to bring the OTG in question as well so they can rule out any issues with it.
