Hi psygorn! The app might just be having some bugs. Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling it? 😊

Try these steps to connect your Galaxy Tab S9+ to your Windows computer:

  1. On your tablet, open the Quick settings panel by swiping down from the top of the screen.
  2. Swipe left and tap the Second screen icon.
  3. Choose the connection mode: Drawing/Gaming or Video.
  4. Keep the Second screen page open on your tablet.
  5. On your Windows computer, simultaneously press the Windows key and K key.
  6. Select your tablet from the available devices list.
  7. Optionally, check "Allow mouse, keyboard, touch, and pen input from this device."
  8. Your computer's screen will appear on your tablet. Use your computer's mouse or tablet's touch screen for navigation.
  9. Right-click the desktop, choose Display settings, and select between Duplicate or Extend displays.
  10. Rearrange monitors if needed; apply changes.
  11. A toolbar will appear on both screens; pin or unpin using the thumbtack icon.
  12. To disconnect, select Disconnect on the tablet or press Windows key + K on your computer, then choose Disconnect next to your tablet's name.

Let us know how it goes! 😊

Previously I works for those steps. Since Feb 2024, I cannot connect and step 3 choose the connection is missing. The Tab screen blank for 10 sec when I try to establish connection, then my laptop say "Something went wrong. Your device couldn't connect"

I have figured this out I don't know exactly why but following these steps it wokrs perfectly and whenever it does't I just do it all over again.

1] Go to connect to wireless display
2] You'll see window with screens and in the bottom right corner there is a option to select show only 1.
3] Click on that and click on keep the changes on the pop up window.

4] Disconnect wifi on you tab and click on second screen and then click windows key and k on you leptop connect to the tablet through the list available in right bottom corner.

So here main step is to change the display option in windows settings to show only 1 screen and then connect the tab.

You will face the screen going blank issue after some time but follow these steps again and it'll work like charm.

It always does for me. But yes it's a shame for samsumg to take our money and we are the one doing these silly trics even after paying more then $1k and they give us a *** second screen which was main purpose to buy this tab for me.

Shame samsung!!!!

Thanks Kartik23! It worked for me.

I have been struggling with this issue on my S9 FE for a few days. In my case the issue was that Windows screen was shared but S Pen was not working.

Thanks for the trick.

I had this problem and solved it by turning off my VPN. Hope this helps.
